勉強会
6/12 施設内で勉強会が行なわれました。
２グループに別れおこなわれました
介護の基本と接客の仕事マナー等についての勉強会でした。
施設も創業して４年目に入りました。ここで、基本に戻り経営理念・社訓・マ
ナーを学びました。
「安心して」暮らして頂くようにスタッフ一同頑張っていきたいと思い
ます。
